Deleted right away

• Your account, email address and sign-in methods
• Every Mac signed in to it; they turn read-only at their next check
• Your plan and trial records on our servers

Kept

• Your recordings. They were never on our servers; they stay on your Mac until you delete them in Finder.
• Payment records and invoices at Dodo Payments, which tax law requires them to keep.
• An anonymous code for each Mac that used a free trial, so the trial isn't repeated. It can't be traced back to you.

Deleting doesn't refund past payments (see the refund policy). If you think a charge was a mistake, contact us before you delete, while we can still find it on your account.
